Gems Version 1.16 series - which AVTS version goes with this??

I tried to do a
download of a database from Gems 1.16.2 to AVTS 3.12.5 and get Incorrect
AVVersion. Does the Gems 1.16 versions go with AVTS 3.13
versions????
