I think that it would be good to be able to revert to the file if it exists, especially since we are now doing a lot of  international demo’s.

Yes. the current system has the hand bitmap embedded as a resource.  If you want we can revert to using the file if it exists.

Is the hand bitmap now embedded into the system?  When I change the hand.bmp no changes are made when I bring up the Ballot Station.  Need to change the Flag.
