Do you have a GEMS
CD?
Three GEMS CDs were sent to Puerto
Rico. One of them must have the manual stored on it. The
documentation files don't get installed onto the host computer. They just
reside on the CD.
All the CDs that we produce, since
Jan 1/2000, have the current GEMS manual on the CD in a "GEMS Docs"
directory. The files are in Adobe Acrobat format, but we also include the
Adobe Reader install files in an "Adobe" directory off of the "GEMS Docs" directory.
If you're looking for updated
documentation with each version of the GEMS software, I'm afraid we can't help
you there yet. The documentation is the same for all versions of GEMS at
the moment. That manual was written in July of 1999 and is still the
official release, as far as I know.
Could you please look in the previous
mentioned CD directories first.
Thanks
Ian

Subject: Fw: Copy of Gems Operator
Manual
Hi all,
Can anyone do this favor for me? This file is
larger than a standard floppy and the original CD was not sent with the
server. For that reason I need it to be
Emailed.
Thanks
Juan
