Elaborating on my previous response:

• the '@RACE' parameter is inserted in Edit Certification in the Print SOVC report window in GEMS
• there is no documentation on this, unless someone has written something on it in the last few weeks

An SOVC report defined with the %RACE% on the certification page in GEMS 1.14.9 appears with the variable rather than the certification information which should be substituted in its place.
