Greg: Jefferson Co. Ky uses 20 ports for modems and 3 for accuvotes. Two
other counties in Ga. are using 16 and 18. It seems to work OK with the
DigiBoards.

Normally PC's reserve interupts 3 and 4 for COM ports 2 and 1 respectively.
