Who told you
that? Use Oval Justification->Margin if you want to move the oval over.
The box margin moves
the box line in by 1/72" increments. If it is not 0, then the oval gets
moved over 1/4" so they don't overlap.
Ken
I was told to set the margin at 1 so that the ovals would
Never be next to the ids on the sides of the ballots.

margins
All Ca currently uses the left and 1 in the box margins
- so will Colorado soon.

I suspected that
-- I have seen box margins in one on your databases before. Why
do you do that? One 1/72" is not a visible margin.
Anyway, I won't
make any incompatible changes in 1.15. The full face stuff just won't
work with box margins.
