Gems - Primary Elections & Presidential Delegates

I am currently setting up a Presidential Preference election for Memphis, 
TN.  They would like to have the Delegate races to have a heading above 
each set of candidates that belong with each Presidential candidate, all 
within the same race.  Has anyone set up a Delegate race like this???  I 
can put in each candidate along with the Presidential candidate below, but 
they don't seem to like it that way.
