El Paso, Texas is currently doing Early Voting on AVTS version 3-10-7. I have heard that they have only 1 Challenge Voter so far, and are not continueiing Challenge Voting. Is it necessary for them to update to one of the newer versions, or will 3-10-7 work for them, since they are not doing Challenge Voting any more. Jeff Hintz Global Election Systems
