GEMS 1.12.1 and TS 3.10.1 release schedule

We are planning to
release a first beta of the long awaited GEMS 1.12.1 and TS 3.10.1 on
Monday. This release should only be used for Gaston and the El
Pasos. It contains the completed RCRs for those accounts, and a new
administrative framework. All GEMS work done on 1.11.x can be upgraded as
usual.
We will need to do
some serious testing on this release next week. The plan is to have 3.10.x
installed for early voting in these accounts, which is starting
soon.
