I have successfully downloaded electons to the AccuVote TS by
modem from GEMS using 1-11-2, and 3-9-2. Programmed the smart cards in the
poll book, voted, run the elections results tape. Almost there but I do
not know how to upload the results from the TS to GEMS by modem.
Looking forward to completing an election.
