I think I asked this before and never got any
corporate input (ESG). Who is responsible for deciding what gets
communicated to the customer in terms of new release info. We are at GEMS
rev. 1.11.1 and so many revs have gone by without the info getting to client
sites, how is it determined what the right rev is? Are the assigned PM's doing
this automatically? Is ESG doing it centrally or planning to?
