LA requires 42 card readers (which one?)  by July 1, 2002 as per contract.

I tried to get that information for you and was told that there were no specific drivers for the ST-100 but that they were the same as some other device.  Could you please contact directly, Steve Stone at Securetech, and get a straight answer from him?  He's in California (your time zone.)  (330) 891-0937       or    sstone@securetech-corp.com

Sincerely,

Ian,

I do not have the Windows drivers for the ST-100 card reader and the only ones on SecureTech's web site are for the ACS readers.  Since you have the contacts with SecureTech could you try to get the device driver for me?

Is there any status update on the rcr to approve a new external smart card reader device for attaching to laptops and PCs (i.e., early voting).

Sincerely,
