I had
asked for this from GBS before. I will do so again.
Thanks,
Jeff
Jeff,
You were going to get us an
official document from the State of Wisconsin that defined the export format
they wanted.

Subject: Status of RCR for
Wisconsin
Below is a copy of the RCR that I put out in
November. Could I get a status update on this???
Jeff
Jurisdiction: For GBS & State of Wisconsin
Date
Requested: November 20, 2001
Date
Required: February - 2002
The State of
Wisconsin / Elections Board is
requiring that all election results to
be transmitted electronically from the county clerks to the Elections Board starting in 2002. They
have a specific format that we must
follow. Here is an example with an
explanation:
1,4,5,14,1
2,11,21,4,3
3,7,3,2,0
1,4,5,2
2,1,2,4
Each group represents the totals from each office, by
precinct.
The first group for the 1st office has 3 Report Precincts,
1,2,&3; 3 candidates -
Candidate 1 has results of 4 in precinct 1, 11 in precinct 2, and 7 in
precinct 3, Candidate 2 has results of 5 in precinct 1, 21 in precinct 2,
and 3 in precinct 3, Candidate 3 has results of 14 in precinct 1, 4 in
precinct 2, and 2 in precinct 3. The last number represents the
results for (Write-Ins).
The second group for the 2nd office has 2 Report
Precincts, 1 & 2; 2 candidates - Candidate 1 has results of 4 in
precinct 1, and 1 in precinct 2, Candidate 2 has results of 5 in precinct 1
and 2 in precinct 2. Again, the last number represents the results for
(Write-Ins).
Each office is reported
in Report Precinct Order.
Only list the Reporting
Precincts that actually have the office on the ballot.
Need a break after each
office.
No
headers.
No
titles.
