If launching JResultClient from the "Start" menu,
you can specify the address as a parameter.
For Win9X, NT: 1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to [Windows Directory]\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Global Election Systems. 2. Goto the Change Properties section below. For Win2000, XP: 1. Navigate to "Start\Program Files\Global Election Systems". 2. Goto the Change Properties section below. Change Properties 1. Right click the JResultClient item, and select "Properties". 2. Under the "Target:" box, add the "-f" option and the address at the end. Example: %SystemRoot%\system32\jview.exe JResultClient -f "C:\temp\Results" will give you "FILE:\D:\dev\Results" in the address box. If the "-f" option is absent, it is assumed to be using HTTP protocol.
