What I propose is to change VIBS_WI_Confirm.wav to match VIBS_CastConfirm.wav. That is, use the 9 key to confirm the write-in, and 4 to go back.

Minor follow-up. I left the "go back" key as 1, rather than 4. This is more in line with VIBS_Undervote.wav, and made a smaller impact on the system.
