GEMS
To have non-conflicting Seq1. cards added to Vote
Centre without the sequence number changing.
Description:
Ward 1 is in the city and has 9 AVs in 9 Vote Centres
accepting two Seq. 1 ballots.
Wards 2, 3 and 4 are country wards and counting ballots
manually.
Some of the country voters will be in the city on election day
and would like to vote.
The main voting centre in the city, Clearview, would like
their Accu-Vote to accept all ballots.
When the Report Precincts from the country are added to
Clearview, GEMS includes them as various Seq. #s ballots.
Two choices -
Set up another Advance Poll/Absentee AV in Clearview to accept
all ballots when really only one AV is required or
print the various sequence numbers for acceptance in the
Clearview Accu-Vote.
Database in GEMS-1-18-4 attached.
