RE: 194fr.abo revision

This is complete, as well as:
  • 194 French abo over- and blank vote reporting Thu 9/6/2001
  • 1.94x French Canadian firmware revisions Fri 9/7/2001 ('Imprimer Rapport Long')
The firmware related changes have been deferred until 1.96.3 should they want them.  The over/blank changes were straightforward, but anything that messes with totals deserves a round of testing.
 
The 194fr.abo will start shipping with GEMS 1.18.4.  It will work with any version of GEMS & AVOS 1.94 firmware. 
 
From a practical standpoint this is a "Cognicase thing".  Nel, I will send you a copy of the 194fr.abo and you can pass it along.
