GEMS administrative report naming changes

Could names be changed as follows in GEM 1-17-11-era administrative reports:

*	'AccuTouch' to 'AccuVote-TS'
*	'AccuVote' and 'TS' to 'AccuVote-OS'
*	'TS Floppy' to 'Election Media'
