the following cleanup activities be performed for GEMS

1.
References
to the 'Cards Layed Out' election status should be changed to 'Cards Laid
Out'.
2.
Reference
to the AccuVote, Accu-Vote, Accu-Vote OS, etc. should be
'AccuVote-OS'.
3.
Reference
to the Accu-Vote TS, AccuTouch, etc. should be
'AccuTouch'.
4.
Change
the group box titled 'Layout' under the Card Definitions tab to 'Card
Templates'.
5.
Remove
the Artwork group box under the Card Definitions tab unless ballot artwork
with counter group Ids are to be implemented before GEMS 1-17-11
certification.
6.
Ditto
regarding the Server tab in the AccuVote Options
window.
7.
Rename
'1.95 Auto Absentee' to something more generic, such as 'Auto
Absentee'.
8.
Make
references to voter groups consistent, ie. select some standard between Voter
Group, VGroup1, Group One, etc.
9.
The
'XEndorse' function under the Candidates tab in the Race Editor should either
be implemented or removed.
10.
Remove
the UL field from the Vote Center Editor.
11.
Change
'Catagory' to 'Category' in the column heading under the Vote Center tab in
the list view when a district, race or vote center category are selected in
the tree view.
