For Write-ins, is there way that we can manually adjust a write-in vote so
that we can clear up a voters intent.

Example:

A voter writes in a candidate, but spells the name wrong: like Valentine,
but the voter misspells the name, and writes Valenntime. Clearly the voter
intent was to vote for Valentine. At present, there would be one vote for
Valentine and one vote for Valenntime.
Can we in GEMS create a way to manually add the misspell write-in vote to
the correct
write-in vote??
