RE: Different column layouts on AVTS system.

Tab- We need to have a work around for Jeff H to use for the Johnson County demo taking place next week.  Please see what you can do.  Thanks  -  FK

This will be supported in the new AVTS unit. It will support the same layout options and the paper ballot. Therefore you will be able to specify that the question requires 3 columns on a 3 column ballot.

Description:    The ability to layout a ballot on the AVTS system, doing multiple columns for part of the ballot, and just 1 column for big questions.
 
Motivation:    Needed to be able to possibly secure a contract with Johnson County, Kansas.
