RE: Add The Choice "Write-in, if any" To Candidate Type Pull Down Menu

Hmmm, I think this one was requested by Sophie many moons ago.  What we really need here is an editor in the setup -> race options -> candidate default settings where a user can enter the default write-in text.  We'll see what we can do.
 
If you keep "write-in if any" in your paste buffer when entering write-ins, you can get the text in a couple of keystrokes.

Description:    The above named accounts and any potential new accounts from MN need the ability to select "Write-in, if any" from the candidate type pull down menu in the Race Editor under the Candidates tab so that the language is automatically placed into the text editor box just as it is when "Write-in" is chosen.
 
 
Motivation:    This language is required by state law (see below).  It would be a great help to the MN GEMS operators if this were a choice in the Race Editor>Candidates>Type drop-down so that they don't have to repeatedly type in this text.
