Actually, what
"the report actually says" depends on your locale.ini.
Unfortunately, the menu items are currently static.
This is part of a
bigger problem, if you want to call it that. You can customize all
text on reports and ballots (what the public sees), but operators always see
the same GEMS.
That all said, I
have changed the report menu items to at least be consistent with the
stock locale.ini, so you get your wish.
