he wants to bring up manual entry
screens and BEFORE any results come in and then print the screens he sees -
like a blank spreadsheet - so that if it all goes to hell - he can have his
staff take the tapes and manually enter the totals on the paper - then load
then to another (not broken) computer and accumulate -
Request from Chelan County to be
able to generate the manual Entry pages to some format and be able to
print them out so that in the worst case that they crash or are hit by a
tsunami they could enter in the totals to the pages and then link to some
excel file or something to accumulate all the
data.
