This has been done. They will be labeled "AccuVote Server - 1" and "AccuVote Server -2".

I did not use AccuVote and AccuTouch since the AccuVote Server - 2 will also be used to download the Version 2 AccuVotes when it is released.

Would it be possible (PLEASE!) in the next Gems release to label the AccuVote Server Consoles 1 and 2 as they apply in the window - right now they each say AccuVote Server and it would be less confusing if they were labeled 1 and 2 appropriately.
