RXLaser only helped Global with VTS accounts. They used a conversion program to take PostScript Files and turn them into condensed PCL files. They would then place these onto a CD for the customer. They cannot do the same with GEMS ballot artwork files. Because the HP printer drivers change constantly, the file output changed constantly. They couldn't write a conversion program to convert the GEMS Postscript Files into Condensed PCL. So RXLaser is out of the picture for GEMS BOD accounts. Ian |
