upgrading AVTS software

Upgrading the AVTS software is time consuming and difficult.  We have to
currently unzip the AVTS and Template files and then put the files into 6
different directories.  Upgrading 100 AVTS ballot stations in the field
takes a long time.  Can this process be streamlined and automated?  I
shudder to think what it would be like for 200 or 300 units.
