Race header labels typed once

GEMS v 1.5.10

I believe it would be a definite advantage to be able to type the race label
and have it appear on the ballot at the same time.

There may be some editing  required to some of the race headings when they
appear on the ballot, but the majority of the race labels require no
editing.

Currently the majority of the race labels must be cut and pasted or rekeyed.
