This was broken since 1-18-10, we were try to
refreshing the tree view after exiting RaceEditor, HeaderEditor, etc. The
changes is now reversed and it relies on the user to hit the "Refresh" button or
F5 key.
The fix will be in GEMS 1-18-11.

Enter changes
either to the Race Editor or Header Editor and save. Once control is
returned to the main application window, a race or header other than the one
just updated is highlighted. The entity just updated should maintain
currency.
