Navigate to previous/first race
Using the 4key to
regress from a race to the previous race does not work as expected, if the
previous race is the first race on the ballot.
Instead of going
to the first race's title we go to the Election title, skipping the
first race until the Election title is spoken.
The regression to
the Election title should be from the first race not the
second.
My
understanding is that the 4 key invoked at the beginning of the first race
should have no effect.
