This is basically fixed, but it introduces some flashing on the screen.  I will try to address this issue later.  The fix will be in GEMS 1-18-11.

Select Race in the tree view.  Click on New Record and add race.  The tree view is updated but not the list view, even after selecting View -> Refresh.
