I have changed too much on my system and can't reproduce the bug either.

I can't reproduce the problem. I'm using database that has no audio. My guess is that some audio instructions are missing on your machine. I'll try to remove some audio instructions from my machine and see if that's the case.

A ballot is selected in the Select Precinct and Party window, the VIBS check box selected and the Vote button selected.  The instruction page appears; clicking on Start displays the following application error:
