The problem I
reported occured when running BallotStation for NT on my Windows 2000 PC,
without the Windows Media Player installed. I installed Windows Media
Player 7.1, created a test database with only MPEG Layer 3 audio files, ensuring
that every text component was configured with an equivalent audio component, and
was able to successfully vote the audio ballot.
