reported occured when running BallotStation for NT on my Windows 2000 PC, 
without the Windows Media Player installed.  I installed Windows Media 
Player 7.1, created a test database with only MPEG Layer 3 audio files, ensuring 
that every text component was configured with an equivalent audio component, and
