Re: The pass numbers are not updated for Manual Logic and Accuracy Test

In Automatic L&A Test, update page and pass number at the bottom of the ballot after the previous ballot is casted.  Also go through all passes, rather than n-1 passes before returning.  The fix will be in GEMS 1-18-10.

Manual Logic and Accuracy Test, also does 1 less pass than the actual amount.  If there should be 4 passes, after the 3rd pass it returns you to the "Select Precinct and Party" screen.
