The "Cat" column in the "View Ballots" screen is removed for now since, the implementation of "Cat" is not defined yet.  The fix will be in BS 4-3-6.

The "View Ballot Result" screen does not display the correct category id's.  It defaults to 0 for all listings.  However, the challenged board does display the correct category ids
