The bug is that when previewing
the Ballot Text Report, the races, candidates and headings RTF are not rendered
and displayed.
When Ballot Text Report renders the
RTF data, it use the printer settings from Windows registry, but it does not
validate whether the printer is still available. The quick workaround is
remove [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Global Election
Systems\GEMS\Settings\BallotPrinter2] and reload Ballot Test
Report.
The printer validation code is added
and will be in GEMS 1-18-10.
