The problem was that we didn't highlight all selected races correctly,
specifically the focused one, so it appears that one less row is selected.
For example, the user clicks on the first one, then click on the third one
while holding the shift key. Only the first two has background color
changed, so it appears that only the first two is selected. If "Set" is
pressed at this moment, all three check boxes will be checked since all
three are actually selected.
This is fixed and will be in GEMS 1-18-10.
