This is fixed and will be in
BallotStation 4-3-3. But if you get really annoyed by this, please grab
the quick-fixed version at \\Wlee\d\Temp\BallotStation\BallotStation.exe
which based on 4-3-2.

The task bar on my Windows NT box does not reappear after disabling
BallotStation from the Task Manager. In order to make the task bar
reappear, it is necessary to log off, then log on again, or re-boot the
machine.
