In the display panel under the Candidates tab, delete a candidate, then
select an NP endorsed cross-endorsed candidate entry. As a result, the
XEndorse button is disabled. Selecting another candidate entry, then
selecting the NP cross-endorsed candidate again enables the XEndorse
button.
