Test Ballots>Count Test with Not Using Voter Card selected.

Ballots that are voted after being selected from the Ballot list
in the Select Precinct and Party window are not counted in ballot tests,
however, after viewing a ballot, the Vote Recorded screen appears before the
user is returned to the Select Precinct and Party window. This screen should
be removed.
