Editors allow over 10 characters for the ID field but on the reports it only displays the last 8 characters

The following editors: Header Editor, Race Editor, Base Precinct Editor, Report Precinct Editor, all allow over 10 characters for the ID field but on the reports it only displays the last 8 characters
