Re: Not all districts listed on 'Statement of Votes Cast' report screen

This is not a bug.  The District Section of the SOVC displays those districts that sub-totals can be generated for, therefore it only includes those districts that have sub-districts.

From Gems/Statement of Votes Cast report screen, under the district section, it only lists those districts that have sub-districts and not all districts....see attachment
