Report Sets - modifying an id doesn't save, it defaults back to the original id # when re-entering report sets screen.

Gems 1.17.22.0

If you modify the ID of the report set and click on 'OK'  The report set
listing shows the modified ID but if you exit the report set screen and then
re-open the report set screen the ID that you had modified defaults back to
it's original Id.


Steps to reproduce.
-  From Setup/Reporting Sets, click on Add
-  Change the id
-  Click on 'OK'
-  Notice that the listing shows the modified ID
-  Exit Report Sets
-  Go back to Report Sets
-  RESULT:  The listing defaults back to its orignial value
