The reason why download fails is because all the version of GEMS 1.18.x
prior to 1-18-9 do not support VGroup2 in download. This has been fixed in
1.18 branch of GEMS and will be available in GEMS-1-18-9.

Note:
You can use 1-18-1...1-18-8 versions of GEMS to download to BS 4.1.x and BS
4.3.x branches.
