The usual place: ftp site, BS4Fix. You probably want WCE212-011120.zip. Password handj91ndj09s. Unzip it onto a PCMCIA card, insert, and
turn the unit on. Someone in McKinney support should be able to walk you though the details if you run
amuck. We’ll try to get this
added to the Ballot Station documentation if it is not there already.

I am
having trouble with my R6 - I came back from being gone for 2 weeks and
powered it on only to have it shutdown by itself - It has been plugged in for 2
days and I turned it on this morning and it gets to the Windows CE Desktop and
shuts off.
Anyone got
any ideas about what is going on?
I plan to
send it back for service unless I can fix it here.
