This is fixed and will be in the BallotStation 4.2.0 release.

Note: The 4.2.0 release will require WinCE3.0 which we will release next week.

Used Pcmcia card, with word doc file renamed to *.ins, power up and dialog appears at CE windows screen allowing access to desktop.
