I will add two fields "Challenged" and "Accepted" to the reports instead of not displaying Write-In Candidate at all.

All GEMS 1.17.14 write-in reports include challenged write-ins before these write-in have been accepted in the Challenge Board.  Challenged write-in candidates should only be included in write-in reports once they have been accepted in the Challenge Board.
