Subject: AVTS-4.1.2 - Record/Playback SEH Exception Error

I am trying to do a Record/Playback on AVTS version 4.1.2 and get the following error.  SEH Exception C0000005.  I press F2, select the Storage Card, and give a name to the script.  Then, it comes up with Loop window information, I select OK, and get the error.
