RE: BallotStation 4.0.11 Test Card Reader spelling

Its a stupid message.  If the software doesn't want an administrator card in the reader, then it can find that out for itself.

Selecting the Test Card Reader button in the Diagnostics window displays the prompt:

WARNING:  This test will erase all the data on

the smart card.  Ensure you do NOT have and

administrator card in the card reader.

'and' at the end of the second line should be changed to 'an'.
