This has been bothering me for some time - anyone else?  the first shot is how gems lays it out - the 2nd on is how it should look - some races are squished up and you have to manually adjust the races to make the text look correct - this should not be the case and has not been in the past - needless to say it is a royal pain when doing numerous ballots 
 
Since it has not in the past, send me a database laid out in that version (along with the version number), and we'll make it work that way again.
